General Manager
"The Nerd". The GM is the head of all Team Operations, and has the final say on all team decisions. He inititates trade, and has authority over other staff members.

Head Coach
Advisor in Roster Management. Informs GM on seasonal performances by players, and advises on how we should deal with them (release, re-sign, trade, etc.). Needs to be very familiar with the organization.

Trade Scout
Advisor in Trading. Scouts different available players and may/may not be included in negotiations. Tells the GM which players would effectively help the squad and helps develop pending deals.

Draft Scout
Staff member who researches and advises the GM on Draft Prospects. Must have a solid knowledge of NCAA basketball players and assists in signing undrafted rookies.
