Boone and Kristic are available Carter would take a hell of a lot and doubt I'd trade him cause ur salaries are huge, Williams and Williams are very tough to get

Well if you want:

PF Randolph 87 [17.6 PPG, 10.3 RPG, 2.0 APG]
PG Robinson 74 [12.7 PPG, 3.1 RPG, 2.9 APG]

You're going to have to offer better than:

PF Boone 67 [8.2 PPG, 7.3 RPG, 0.8 APG]
PF Krstic 76 [6.6 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 0.6 APG]

Even:

PG Williams 72 [5.9 PPG, 1.9 RPG, 2.6 APG]

And:

PF Williams 69 [5.6 PPG, 4.4 RPG, 0.4 APG]

Had shitty seasons. You're going to have to give a little bit to get two players who are going to be higher rated and had better seasons than all of your guys put together.
